Unfortunately, Joel Samaha won't be able
to come to the Congress and have the presentation on how to
judge the IWH. However, we are very pleased to inform you
that Peter Pask, the president of the IWH
Club of England and also a very reputable judge himself, has
kindly agreed to accept our invitation to have the presentation
on the same topic. So, we hope that all the participants will
be loking forward to hearing his distinguished opinion on
judging IWH.
